Refund policy
At FlexxGarage, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of product defect, damage in transit, or if the wrong item was delivered.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice/bill.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Products without original packaging, invoice, or that show signs of use will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@flexxgarage.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, clear photos of the defect/damage, and a copy of the invoice.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free of charge. FlexxGarage will cover all shipping costs for approved returns.
Our team will provide you with a return shipping label or arrange pickup, depending on your location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
